Sail Designer tries out the TurfDog Land Windsurfing at Aberdovey

Ben Severne sail designer and co founder of Severne Sails made a surprise
visit to the Boardwise Demo at Aberdovey, he took the opportunity to try out
the TurfDog boards, which were on demo. Space was limited at this small
Welsh beach town but Ben quickly found the best land windsurfing spot in the
centre of the car park!
Busy weekend for TurfDog at Rhosneigr UKWA Four Nations

Sunny weather and light winds in North Wales meant that the TurfDog land
windsurf boards were in high demand along with SUP boards from Starboard.
At times the wind was barely a Force 1-2 but it did not stop some of the light
weight kids busting out all kinds of freestyle tricks on the boards.

The UK’s first ever National Windsurfing Week is taking place from 3-11 May.
Masses of individuals, clubs and centres are running events during the week,
so it is a great time to introduce your friends to windsurfing.
